IRA CD account. I am not interested in investing any of it. Would you please tell me how it works? Any agreements , fees, exceptions etc. involved? If I needed to withdraw any of it say at point of maturity for education for ex. could I do that? what are legal/financial implications? I will be 50 in couple of months.
