I want to cancel whatever I'm being charged for and get my money back so I can have food for the week

From your message, it sounds like you've had some business with this company in the past. In the instance that you're not able to get a refund from the company directly, we can assist you in filing a claim.
Kindly note that in order to dispute any charge a company made to your account, you'll want to give them a call determine if they'll refund your account. It's necessary to check with the merchant for the possibility of a refund before filing a claim with TD Bank.
Once you attempt to resolve this with them, or since it sounds like you may have already done so, if they are unable or unwilling to provide a refund to you then you can then dispute the item with us. If the charge was made via your TD Visa Debit card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or you can stop in at any TD Bank Store found here http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim. Or, if the charge was made with your TD Visa Credit card, you're welcome to call 888-561-8861 for assistance.
Kindly keep in mind that TD Bank won't be able to cancel any recurring transaction for you with this company; this must be completed with the company directly. We would recommend reaching out to them again to ensure cancellation if this is a charge that can occur again.
