Thanks for sending your question our way, Lily. We're glad to point you in the right direction.
Here at TD Bank, we offer several different account types, each of which has its own balance requirement. You can review a full list of Personal Account Maintenance Fees and compare accounts here: http://bit.ly/1nldlQv. If you have a business Checking account with us, we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe for information about the small business accounts we offer. Once you are on this page, you may click on "Compare Accounts" and then locate the account type you currently have. Underneath the account name please click on "View Account Guide", it well take you to the page where you can find our current Fee Schedule for this particular product type.
As we would love to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
We encourage you to contact our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 and we would be glad to review your account with you if you have any further questions. If you call and speak with one of our Banking Specialists, we'll also be more than happy to offer some suggestions in order to avoid future maintenance fees.
Also, if you're currently enrolled in Online Banking, you can login here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once in, you can send us a Secure Message to inquire about this fee in more detail. While logged in to your online profile, on the left hand side you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the Message Center. Follow the options to send us a message and we'll get back to you with some more details about your account. If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the same number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
We hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to submit another question if you have any more concerns. Have a great day, Lily.
