Unusual transactions are always concerning, Andy, and we'll be sure to let you know how to learn more.
Whenever you notice a transaction on your account that may not have been authorized by you, we encourage you to connect with a Banking Specialist right away.
You can connect with us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, by visiting any TD Store or via secure message to learn more about the transaction in question. Check out TD Stores in your area and their hours here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
While logged in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq, select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. You can also message from Mobile Banking by selecting the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
When messaging a Specialist, be sure to include the date and amount of the transaction you've noticed.
Alternatively, if you're certain that the transaction was not authorized by you, we recommend calling us or visiting a TD Store to submit the necessary disputes.
If this was in regard to a transaction you've noticed on your TD Canada Trust account, please connect with a Specialist there directly. Take a look at their contact options here: https://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope to hear from you soon, Andy. Take care.
