Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Shnayer. We'd be happy to help provide the steps on how to sign up for paperless statements.
In order to do so, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you have not enrolled yet, you can do so for free by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, Social Security number and your ATM/debit card number. If you run into any problems while enrolling or if you do not have your ATM card handy, please contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist 24/7. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to assist! You may also visit your local TD Store for assistance. You can stop by the Store you opened the account at or for a list of Stores near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, please follow the steps below:
-Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
-Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
-You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
Again if you are having any issues with enrolling in paperless statements, you can call our Digital Banking Specialists or head in to a TD Store near you.
We hope this helps, Shnayer and have a great weekend.
