Hello there Eunchong,
Thank you for your message today and we hope you're having a wonderful Sunday morning so far.
If you mailed a check to a TD Store and it hasn't been deposited to your account yet, a few options exist for you.
First, we would recommend allowing a full 10 business days to pass prior to taking any action, to allow time for mailing and processing.
If this time frame has passed, you may first want to check directly with the TD Store you mailed the check to. They may have received it but not processed the item for deposit yet. You can find the contact info for all of our Stores on this page: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If they haven't received the item, then we have to recommend you to contact the maker of the check and ask them to place a stop payment on the item and reissue it to you.
If this was a check you wrote to yourself via another account you may have, then you'll want to do the same. Also, if this is a check you typically mail to yourself on a regular basis, you might like to get in touch with us as well as your other financial institution to determine if any better options exist for you to transfer funds. You can reach us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to discuss this in better detail.
We do hope this helps, Eunchong and we apologize for your trouble here.
Please click 'Reply' to chat with us again about any questions and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
