I PAID OFF XXXX LOAN ON 11/29 XXXX AND MAILED TO XXX BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE THE LIEN RELEASE-ARE YOU SHOWING THIS PAID OFF

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Becky. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
You're able to obtain a copy of this documentation by fax. You can fax the following information to our Consumer Release Department at 207-755-4245. Please be sure to include the following information:
• Your full name, address, and Social Security number
• The account number, if it is available
• The year, make, model and VIN, and the date it was paid off, if available
• Your request for a Release of Lien
• Your signature
When sending the fax, we recommend including your best contact number and your return fax number so that we can assist you as efficiently as possible. Please keep in mind that the turnaround time for the request is typically 3-5 business days.
If you prefer, you're always welcome to give us a call to place your request. Our Financial Solutions Group Specialists are available 24/7 at 800-937-5020. A specialist will be happy to take your request by phone and have this documentation mailed out to you at the address on file.
If you'll be receiving the release of lien paperwork via mail, please allow additional time for mailing, typically a 5-7 business days turnaround.
Please note that if your Auto Loan was financed via TD Auto Finance, please contact a TD Auto Finance Representative for instructions to obtain your Release of Lien. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, at 800-556-8172 to help you.
