Please know that when sending a Person-to-Person Payment or an External transfer online, we offer the same delivery options; 1-day and 3-day processing. Please note, the next day delivery option is not available for savings accounts. To qualify for the next day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful 3-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days.
If your transfer has taken longer than the time frames mentioned, we recommend reaching out to us directly for assistance. You are able to call our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562. They will be glad to review your transfer in greater detail.
