via the text link & signed in but didn't see any deposits just her accounts. Do you know why she is unable to receive the deposit?

Good morning, and thanks for coming to TD Helps today!
Based on the information you have provided us with, it sounds as if you have used TD Bank's free feature, Send Money, to transfer funds to your friend via a text message. If this is the case, we'll be happy to help.
When opting to use Send Money, you will be able to choose from two different delivery speeds. The first speed, instant delivery, is available when your contact is registered with Send Money, or a similar service offered by another financial institution. The second speed, standard deliver, is used when your contact isn't registered with Send Money or another financial institution.
If you opted for the standard delivery, your friend should have received a text message on the third day after you initiated the transfer. From here, she would have simply needed to follow the prompts, which would have allowed her to register, entered in all her personal information, and then your transfer would have been credited to her account on the following business day.
If she has completed the steps above, and has still not received your transfer, we recommend that you contact a Tech Support Specialist directly for further assistance. A Specialist may be reached at 800-493-7562, and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
