Set this up. And it told me the transfere date. Never received any notification and my son told me he never received the funds. Looking at my account I see there is no record of transfer. What happened? I'm out of the country, I set this up before I left.

Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Kenneth.
When sending a Person-to-Person payment, you have the option of sending the funds via text message or email. In order for the transfer to be successful, the recipient will need to accept the funds. To do so, they'll either want to create a profile directly with Popmoney, or enroll in the Person-to-Person Transfer service via their Online Banking account. For text and email delivery, the recipient will receive built-in directions from Popmoney on how to claim the money you've sent. And if you've sent the funds using their account number, the funds won't need to be claimed but instead they'll be deposited directly to their account within the time frame you selected.
If the payment hasn’t displayed, they'll want to be sure that they used the same mobile or email address you’ve set up in the service. Keep in mind the payment expires 10 days after it was sent, so they'll want to accept and deposit the funds promptly.
If you have any other questions and as you are currently out of the country, to connect with us from outside the US please dial 856-7519000 or 215-569-0518 via landline with an operator's assistance.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions.
