If you're talking about a Bill Pay you had setup through your Online Banking profile that you have with TD Bank, then to best assist you we encourage you to reach out to our Tech Support team 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Since TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we don't have access to your account information that we need to verify the payment for you. One of our Specialists can confirm your Bill Pay and Payee's information after authentication of your account(s).
If it's a payment that you were making to TD Bank for a loan or credit card through another financial institution, then we recommend reaching out to that institution directly to confirm that the payments have stopped before you attempt to setup another one. They should also be able to confirm any information from previous payments that you have made.
