Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Patrick. We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulties, and we'll be happy to help the best we can.
Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we are unable to access any of your account specific information.
If you are attempting to pay your Credit Card through your Online Banking, and are experiencing issues, you may need to enroll your Credit Card first. You may do so directly through TD Card Services at the following link: http://bit.ly/28LTtn1. There are three steps, the first is to "Verify," step two is to "Register," and step three is "Success." You will need your card number and other personal information handy for the enrollment process. Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can make payments from the comfort of your own home! If you encounter any issues with enrollment, please feel free to call a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, who can help get you up and running.
Also, if you have a deposit account with TD Bank such as a checking or savings, you're also welcome to log in to your Online Banking account to view your credit card and make payments at https://go.td.com/1eaISlq.
If you don't have Online Banking for your Personal Accounts yat, we can get you set up! If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If it is not a Credit Card that you are referring to, and you are having trouble accessing your Loan account online, or you need to make a loan account visible in your online profile, please contact our Financial Solutions Group, 24/7, by dialing 800-937-5020. They will be glad to help.
