Thank you for stopping by TD Helps this morning, Joe.
Before we begin, we'd like to inform you that here at TD Bank. We offer several types of Business Checking Accounts and would like to share them with you. To view the different types of Business Checking Accounts that we offer, visit: http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe. We also recommend visiting our web page as it can make a selection based on your business needs with the Business Checking Selector tool: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw. If you need assistance while reviewing these options, a Business Banking Specialist would be a happy to help via telephone at 855-278-8988. You may also request a call from a Small Business Banking Specialist. Click here: http://bit.ly/K9iZ78.
Once you've decided on the best Account for you, we are happy to say, you may open your business account at any TD Bank location, during lobby hours, even if your business is registered in New York City. Please note, the address of the business will be listed as the main address on your Business Account. For information on our TD Store hours and locations please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note, if there is more than one signer and not all signers can be present during the account opening process, the account still can be. The missing signers will not have access to the account until they have physically stepped into a TD Bank Store. To add additional signers to the account at a different time, every signer present at the time of the opening must also be present when adding another person to the account. You may add multiple debit cards to the signers of the account as well. Please note that debit cards issued to non-signers can make transactions on the account but will be restricted from viewing or requesting account related information.
All signers of the account will need the following documents: a valid photo I. D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc) and their Social Security number. If any of the signers are non-residents of the US, they would need two valid forms of I.D. and a W-8Ben form. Please bring the Tax Identification Number for the business to the Store as well.
Additional documents are needed to open the LLC, such as the documents used to form and register your business, the fictitious name registration or the Operating Agreement. You will also need to bring documentation of your LLC Resolution.
Hope this helps answer your question and have a nice day.
