We appreciate having you join us at TD Helps, Riah. We'd be happy to help!
Once a debit card has been closed, we would be unable to reopen the debit/ATM card. However; obtaining a new debit/ATM card is easier than ever when banking with TD Bank!
You may obtain a new debit/ATM card at any local TD Bank during lobby hours. A new debit/ATM card is printed right on the spot! For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you're unable to make it to a TD Store, you can also contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after verification, a Representative will gladly process a new card to be mailed to the home address on your account. Please note delivery may take up to 7-10 business days.
We hope this information is helpful. Enjoy the rest of your weekend Riah!
