I was trying to sign up for a site and it was supposedly 'free' and it wound up charging me and redirecting me to other sites, it wound up charging me $39.99 and then I was charged $46.00 and another site had charged $39.99 I usually don't do that but I trusted it, Please help me and tell me if I can get refunds from the sites.

Hi Devon. We're sorry to hear that this has happened, and we'd like to help.
If you notice transactions on your account, following the initial approved transaction, you may file a dispute. A dispute would allow us to investigate the transactions on your behalf. To file a dispute, you may call us or visit us at your local TD Bank Store. You may reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by dialing 888-751-9000. To view our Store locations and hours, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please be sure that the transactions are posted to the account, before reaching out to file a dispute, as we are unable to file a dispute for pending transactions.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly; however, as TD Helps is not considered a secured forum, we do not have access to your account or personal information.
We hope to connect with you soon, Devon. Thanks for stopping by today, and take care.
