Thanks for getting in touch with us, Kristy! Great question, we'll be happy to clear this up for you.
Since you mentioned that you just began direct deposit with your employer and haven't received one yet, please keep in mind that the deposit will usually occur within 1-2 payment cycles. This may take longer depending on how quickly your employer sets up your request.
Depending on your depositor, you may also see a transaction from them on your account for zero dollars, to test your account. This is an indication that your deposit should be made in the next payment cycle.
For a status of your request, we recommend that you speak with the payroll department at your current job for additional info. You're also welcome to reach us at the number below, and we can check to see if we have a record of the "test" transaction mentioned above.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit our TD Bank Store locations during lobby hours for help! For TD Bank Store locations and hours, please refer to http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this clarifies your question a bit, Kristy! Thanks again for writing in and enjoy your Sunday evening.
