Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Stephanie. Welcome to the TD Family!
Because the information listed in the Welcome Kit is provided Online when you opened the Account, you will not receive a Welcome Kit via mail. If you chose to receive a TD Debit Card during the application, you should expect to receive it via mail within 7-10 business days. Please note, for security reasons your card will be mailed in a white envelope.
Additionally, there is a page at the end of the account opening application that will show you your account number. If you happen to miss that information, for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone; however, there are two options we can provide to you for you to obtain that account number. We understand you mentioned you are unable to visit a TD Store, but when you can, any Customer Service Representative would be happy to help. For locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please make sure to bring your photo identification with you. You may also view your account number by looking at your statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. Because this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account.
Another way to obtain your account number for Direct Deposit purposes is via your Online Banking. If you have made an initial deposit into your new account, please contact us directly at 1-800-493-7562. After account verification, our Digital Banking Specialists, available 24/7, would be happy to help! Once you have enrolled for Online Banking, you will then be able to view your account number.
You can also view the following link for more information about direct deposits and easy ways to set them up: http://bit.ly/WBPCRW.
We look forward to hear from you if you have any more questions.
