You can change your address for your personal accounts by contacting our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000. You also have the option of changing your address through online banking via secure message or visiting any TD Bank during lobby hours. Please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank near you.
If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account, click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send A Message.
For Business Deposit Accounts you may also stop by a TD location, send us a secure message via online banking or send us a request through the mail, as described below.

Please make sure to include your signature and please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
For Business Deposit Accounts with Multiple Signers, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store.
To change your address for a Credit Card, it can be changed by calling (888) 561-8861, logging on to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stopping into any TD Bank Store. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number. Address Change will take effect immediately on your Credit Card.
The change of address for a Personal loan can be completed by calling (800) 328-2119, stopping into a TD Bank Store or by using our "Send a Message" feature through online banking; which will send a secured email to change your address.
Unsecured Lines of Credit and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) can be changed in person at a TD Bank Store or by mail after completing a change of address request form. Change of Address request forms can be received by calling (800) 328-2119.
The easiest way to update your address for a TD Go Card is calling TD Go Card's Customer Service Line. They are available 24/7 at 855-219-8050 and they would be happy to help! If you've enrolled your TD Go Card in online banking, you can also change the address after you log in. You can reach the log in page by following this link: http://bit.ly/1wibSus . If you have not enrolled, you can begin the process via this link: http://bit.ly/1jWLKzt . Please note that only the parent or guardian may alter any account information for the TD Go Card and all changes take place immediately.
