Will I still be able to cash it. Also with it being a money order shouldn't my funds be available sooner than say a check would

Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps! We'd be glad to help.
In order to cash a check, we would need to verify the name on the check/money order with a valid photo I.D. of yours (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) If the name on the check/ money order does not match that of your identification, you may not be able to negotiate the check.
Similarly when making a check deposit, the name on the check/money order needs to match that of the account holder or the business.
We recommend reaching out to your local TD Store for assistance with the money order you've been provided. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We also recommend reaching out to the buyer to determine if they are able to issue a new check/money order or discuss alternate payment methods.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
