I contacted them and they said they removed the authorization from my money, but the money is not back in my account.

Good afternoon, Moheb and thanks for visiting us at TD Helps today! We'd be more than happy to help you.
First, from your message it sounds as though there may be a hold on your account from a Visa Debit card transaction with the hotel. If so and the transaction is still pending in an Active status, you may be able to obtain a Merchant Release to have the hold removed.
Please understand that even though we would like to help you directly, because TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we do not have access to your personal account information. With that being said, we kindly ask that you contact us directly at 888-751-9000, available 24/7. After you connect with our Specialists and after account verification, we would be happy to determine if this is the case and if you can have the funds released via fax.
If so, to get a merchant release of these funds, the hotel you're dealing with may fax a letter to us on their letterhead. We'll be able to release these items and return the funds to your available balance when we receive their documents.
They'll need to include the following information and it should be faxed to our Fulfillment Department at 856-533-1138:
-On their Letterhead:
-Date of authorization
-Your full debit card number
-The exact amount debited, or separate amounts if there are multiple authorizations
-A brief statement from a Representative of the hotel expressing that they authorize the hold to be released
Our Fulfillment Department is available to assist you 24/7 for your convenience. If everything is correct the charge can usually be released within 2-3 hours of receiving the fax.
If you would like any assistance with this process or to make sure the charge can still be released, we'd recommend contacting our Representatives at the number mentioned earlier, who are available 24/7 to assist you.
We hope this is the information you were looking for, Moheb and thanks again for stopping by! Have a great evening.
