go, but when i wet to use it later in the day, it didn't work. I don't know if i need to do something to activate it? I stopped into the bank yesterday to get a new debit card. I entered a PIN and the woman who gave me the new card said it should be good to go, but when i wet to use it later in the day, it didn't work. I don't know if i need to do something to activate it?

Typically when you leave a TD Store after you receive a new card, this debit card is immediately available for use. As you mention this isn't the case, we ask that you connect with a Banking Specialist directly for assistance.
You can connect with your local TD Store, by dialing 888-751-9000 to reach a 24/7 Specialist or send a secure message online.
