Based on your question, it sounds like you've opened a new checking account with us and you're using your current debit card for the new account. If this is so, we'd like to let you know that it can take up to 24 hours for your new account to appear through online banking. If this time has passed and your new account still isn't visible, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once our Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to assist you with your online banking access.
