Thank you for joining TD Helps, Jean.
Depending on the type of account you have with TD Bank, you may have a grace period before a late fee is assessed. We apologize, but as TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have the access to your account(s) that we need to best assist you.
If your inquiry is in regards to a Loan, we ask that you connect with our Financial Solutions Group any time 24/7 at 800-937-5020; please select Option 2, then Option 2 again for Existing Loans.
If it is a TD Credit Card payment that you are referring to, we encourage you to contact TD Card Services at 888-561-8861 (also available 24/7) and we can review this further with you.
You may also wish to visit your local TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance. To find a TD Store near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps but please let us know if you have any more questions and have a nice night.
