me to Frontier . Do I need to do something with it? Is the payment not automatically completed through the online banking platform? I tried pay Frontier Internet service through online banking (first payment) and I received a check on my mail. The check is directed from me to Frontier. Do I need to do something with it? If yes, why is the payment not automatically completed through the online banking platform?

Hi Dimitris! Thanks for reaching out to us.
With TD Bank's Bill Pay Service, you set up your payee and the payment amount and then we send it off for you so that they receive it by the payment due date you've set.
If you've received the check in the mail, it sounds like your home address may be been inputted into the payee's address field in error. It’s a quick fix and we'd be happy to provide you with instructions.
To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and then select the 'Bill Pay' tab at the top of your screen. From here, you should see the billers you've set up. Now click on 'Activity' which is located next to Frontier Internet Service. Click on the 'Details' hyperlink that is right next to the biller's name. From here you should be able to update the address to reflect the address of Frontier Internet Service. Once completed, just click 'Finish' and you'll be all set! All future payments should go directly to Frontier Internet Service.
