now on my online banking the amount of the money for the flight is under pending transactions but i didn't get a mail that confirmed that i booked the flight, so my question is: did i purchase the flight or not?

To determine if your purchase was complete, we kindly ask that you contact the airline or company that you were booking through. Although we'll be able to see the debit information on your account, we apologize as won't be able to confirm the status of your purchase with the merchant.
