Hi Eric, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble using your debit card.
In order for us to be able to review your account, to see what's causing the debit card to be declined, we ask that you contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification our Banking Specialists will be able to review this further. If you'd prefer, you may also visit a nearby TD location for assistance. Another option is to send us a secure email with your debit card inquiry. If you're already enrolled for Online Banking on www.tdbank.com, you may log in and click on the "Customer Service" tab, and then select "Send a Message." If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking you can do so for free by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You'll need your account number, Social Security number and your ATM/debit card number. As soon as the application has been completed, you'll immediately be able to access your account to send the message.
