TWO DAYS AGO I WENT TO THE COSTUMER SERVICE, THE LADY SAID THE ACCOUNT IS FINE, I WENT TO DEPOST CASH AND THE PASSWORD WORKS FINE BUT IT SAYING RETURNING MONEY AND POP UP FOR TWO SECONDS ON THE SCREEN WAS THE WORKS UNAUTHORIZED DEPOSIT

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble making a deposit, Kwesi. We'd be happy to help.
When you're ready to make a deposit into an ATM please follow the steps listed below:
- Enter your PIN
- Choose “Deposit”
- Select “Yes, To Continue”
- Choose the desired account type
- For deposit type, choose “cash”
- Hit “Continue when ready”
- Put in your deposit
- Make sure the deposit on the screen is correct
- Then, select “Finish Deposit”
- You will then have the option to choose “yes or no” for your receipt
When you deposit cash into the ATM, the funds will be made available in full at the time of the deposit.
If the machine still does not accept your deposit, we ask that you contact us directly for help. To do so, you may visit the TD Store that is giving you the issue during lobby hours or by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Whichever you decide, our Representatives will be happy to help.
