If you cannot log in and you know your user name, you may reset your password through our self-service option by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password box. Select the account type, input your User Name and enter in the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You will then be asked to answer two security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you're currently using TD Bank BusinessDirect online, please contact a Business Banking Specialist directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562, Option 2, and we'll be more than happy to assist you there with that platform.
If you are unsure of your user name, feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop into any TD Bank location during lobby hours for additional assistance. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to provide your user name and change your password.
