Thanks for your message, John and we apologize to hear about any confusion when making your transfer!
When entering a dollar amount in our website for a transfer, kindly enter digits only. If you enter any symbols or punctuation, such as a dollar sign or comma, you may receive this error message and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused you. If entering a larger sum, the system will automatically add any necessary decimals or commas for you that may be needed.
