Hello Maria, hope your day is going well. We are sorry to hear about your TD Debit Card and would be happy to help point you in the right direction.
In this case, a new TD Debit Card will need to be issued; we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
To obtain a new TD Debit Card, we ask that you visit your local TD Store for further assistance. With our Instant Issue machines, you can leave that day with a new card in hand! If you do not need a card immediately, you can call us at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 and would be happy to request a new card. You should then expect to receive your card via mail within 7-10 business days in a regular with envelope.
Since you do mention that you are currently outside of the United States, you may also wish to call our 24/7 Banking Specialist at (856)-751-9000, or you can call us collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518 with operator assistance.
If you are not a TD Customer and this happened to your debit card, we recommend connecting with your Financial Institution for further assistance.
