I left usa 2 days ago. I tried to use my debit card in 2 different country, but i could not pay any check and i could not take money from Atm. What is the problem, can you help me about thia?!
I am in Georgia(country, outside usa) now.

We apologize for any trouble you might be having with your card in Georgia. We may not have been aware of your current plans to travel outside of the country, so this might be the reason your card is declining your transactions.
We would be more than happy to look into this for you and place any needed travel notes if you get in touch with us directly. To do so, you can contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
