I try to sign up the online banking for my new account, and I tried several times, it's always can't approve in step 2, and highlight my name. My first name and last are very short, each of them only have 2 letters, is it matters and what can i do?

The account number provided to you online during account opening or via the Direct Deposit form can be used for online enrollment. You may start by following the link provided here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. Please keep in mind you will also need your debit card number, Social Security number and email address handy for this process.
