Great question and sorry to hear about any confusion using your HSA debit card, Marta! We'll be glad to clarify.
When using your Visa Debit card for this account, you are more than welcome to use either the "debit" portion of the card, which requires your PIN, or the "credit" portion which does not. Depending on the amount, your signature may be required instead. You may use either one you prefer as long as both options are available with the merchant.
If you need assistance with the PIN for your card, you are welcome to visit us at any TD Bank Store with proper ID; check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of TD Bank Store locations and hours. Or, you can call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance.
We hope this clears up your question, Marta! Let us know about any questions and take care.
