Hi Joseph, thanks for joining us here at TD Helps. It sounds like you've recently used your TD Credit Card to purchase a new laptop, congratulations! We'd be happy to provide other options on how to make payments on your TD Credit Card.
You have the option of making payments online by using the TD Credit Card website at www.tdcardservices.com. If you have not enrolled your account, you can do so by selecting the "Set up your account now" link located on the right side of the page under "Need to enroll your Account?" or, you may click here to take you directly to the enrollment page: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. There are three steps, and you will need your card number handy for the enrollment process. Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can make payments from the comfort of your own home!
Online Banking Customers with a TD Bank Checking or Savings account may also make their Credit Card payments using TD Bank Online Banking at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you don't have Online Banking, you may enroll at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment. If you have any trouble enrolling please contact us directly 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store in your area. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You may also connect with our Credit Card Specialists and they'd be happy to help take your payment. They can also review your concerns as to why you have not received your first payment statement.
Please note, if this is relating to a Toshiba Store Card that you were approved for, we recommend connecting with the merchant for additional assistance as we are not affiliated with Toshiba.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
