Based on your question, we believe that you are referring to making a transfer from your checking or savings account with TD Bank, to pay your TD Bank credit card. If this is the case, and you no longer can view your credit card online, which is also preventing you from making transfers, we ask that you reach out to us directly. You may contact us 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562, to speak with our Tech Support team.
If you've recently had your credit card re-issued, we would need to make the new card accessible to you through online banking.
