I usually get my welfare check on the 1st of every month, ive checked my mobile app many times but its still not there. When can i expect it?

We understand your concern, Sabrina, and we'd be glad to review direct deposits with you.
For direct deposits, funds are available to you on the date designated by your depositor. These types of deposits are processed overnight at varying times and will be available for use once processing is complete.
We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://go.td.com/1kb17UQ. On pages 40-44 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Since it sounds like you've already been receiving this deposit and it wasn't made as expected, you're welcome to give us a call at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialists can contact our ACH Department for more information on your direct deposit. Please keep in mind, our ACH Department is open Monday – Friday between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

You may also wish to check in with your depositor to be sure everything is in order and your deposit will be made as you expect.
