Hi there, Nikiea!
We understand your concern but don't worry! We have some options for you even if your account is closed.
First, you can make payment arrangements either with our Recovery Department, or at any of our Stores. Feel free to reach our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769, and they're available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for your convenience. If you prefer to see us in person, feel free to stop in to any of our Stores and visit a Teller station. Our Stores are listed here for you: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We'd like to let you know that although the same account you had won't be able to be reopened, you can apply for a new account once any debts are paid. To get that set up, you can do so when you stop in to a Store as mentioned above, or we're available by phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to open an account.
Nikiea, we hope this eases your mind!
We hope to hear from you soon and enjoy your Sunday afternoon.
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
