Thanks for reaching out to us Bonnie! Hope you're doing well today!
To view a copy of a check you've written out that has already been cashed you simply need to log into your online account profile here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq (or here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 if you have a Business Direct account with us). Once logged in, first select the account you want to view, and then click "All Available History" from the "Show Transactions" list. You'll be able to see copies of any checks written in the past 60 days and can open images of them to print or save for your records.
If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, you may start the process here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment process. Similarly if you are not enrolled for BusinessDirect, you may start the process here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. You will need to have the same pieces mentioned above as well as your Tax Identification number if your business is not liked to your Social Security number. If you have any problems enrolling in either service or you would like help retrieving the check images from either platform, please contact us directly 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Our Digital Banking Specialists would be happy to help you. You may also visit a TD Store in your area for help enrolling as well!
If you need a copy of a check written and cashed more than 60 days ago, please call a TD Banking Specialist at 1-888-751-9000. We're available every day, 365 days/year to help you get any copies you need for your records. We'll be able to look them up and mail them right to your door!
If you'd prefer, you can stop into the TD Bank Store nearest to you during lobby hours and have a Banking Specialist order the copies there. They can have them mailed to your door or ready for pickup at the branch in just a few days! Find the Store nearest to you here http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this answers everything Bonnie! Have a great day!
