Thanks for visiting us here on TD Helps, Tai! We'll be happy to provide the information you seek.
You mentioned you wish to pay your landlord, there are a couple of options available and we would be happy to provide those options to you. The most inexpensive way is to mail your rent check to your landlord or you could deposit the rent check into his TD Account. To do so, you would simply write the check and have it be made payable to your landlord, you will also need to write “for deposit only” with his account number on the back of the check. Please note, a deposit slip does need to be filled out for this request. The deposit can be processed with a Teller in the Lobby or Drive-thru at any TD Bank location. To find out TD store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another option is to imitate a wire transfer through your Financial Institution. You will need to provide your Financial institution the following information:
Wire To: TD Bank
Wilmington, Delaware or Full Store Address
Credit to: Your landlord's Account Title and Account Number
Please note, there may be a fee assessed when initiating a wire transfer. We recommend connecting with your Institution for wiring transfer fees and also any other possible options to send a payment.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions, Tai!
