I want to apply for the credit card on line to qualify for the 20,000 points, etc. It won't allow me because it says that I am not a TD Bank current customer. How do we resolve this issue?

You are able to call us 24/7 to apply for a TD Credit Card by dialing 888-561-8861. Once speaking with our Credit Card Specialists, they will be happy to submit an application with you over the phone. After your application is submitted, please allow 7-10 business days for a decision which will be sent via mail. Please know that delays may occur depending on your post office.
