Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Marilyn.
If your business account is enrolled for BusinessDirect, you'll be able to create sub-users to take on specific roles. Roles can be added, edited and deleted from the Manage Roles page in your BusinessDirect Online Banking. To add a role, please complete the following:
1. Log in to BusinessDirect by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8
2. Click on “Users”
3. Click on "Manage Roles"
4. Type in role name and role description
5. Choose account access for the role
6. Click on “Save Role”
On this page you will set-up the specific access and permissions to the BusinessDirect site. To allow the role you are creating to be able to print and view statements, please select the check box labeled Accounts for each business.
Once you have created and saved the role preferences, you will be able to create the Sub-user. Each sub-user will have their own User ID, password, security questions and answers. When a sub-user signs on for the first time, he or she will have to go through the same process of changing the password, accepting the User Agreement and setting up security questions.
If you run into any issues creating the role or the user, feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
We hope this helps, Marilyn and please let us know if you have any additional questions.
