Thanks for connecting with us on TD Helps. We'll be glad to assist with adding an account to your Online Banking.
If you are unable to view one or more of your personal TD Bank accounts through your online account, we ask you to please contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, we will be able to add the accounts to your Online Banking in no time! You are welcome to visit a TD location for further assistance. Feel free to check out our TD Store locations here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
Alternately, since it sounds as though you already have access to Online Banking, you can send us a Secure Message by first logging into your profile here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once in, please select the "Customer Service" option at the top of the page. From here, select "Send a Message" under the "Message Center." This will allow you to send us a request to add your new account to your existing online profile (please make sure you include the full account number). You should receive a response from us upon completion within 24-48 hours and at your next login, you'll be able to see your new account!
If you have a business account that you are looking to add to your personal online profile, if you're the only signer on the business we ask that you give us a call at the telephone number listed above. If you are not the only signer on the business account, we must receive a signed, written authorization from each authorized signer on the business account. You may bring this information to your nearest TD Bank or fax this authorization to 1-856-533-7647.
Please provide the following information in your fax:
- Account number
- A brief statement requesting your business account to be accessed under your personal User Name and Password
- The printed names and signatures of all authorized signers on the account
Another option will be adding your personal account to your business Online Banking, if you are currently using BusinessDirect. In order to do so, you will need to visit your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours to submit this request in person.
