Hi Eric, thanks for you inquiry on TD Helps.
As long as you meet the following requirements it doesn’t matter if you live with a relative. You must be either a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident of the United States, have a U.S. Social Security number, be at least 18 years old and have a current U.S. street address to apply for a TD Visa Credit Card.
If you meet all of the requirements you may check out this link http://go.td.com/1NryPsn for the different Visa credit cards we offer.
You may apply by giving us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or online. You can also visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours. For information on TD Store locations and hours please click this link http://go.td.com/1YuxIwb.
You can contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861 if you have any additional questions.
Have a great day!
