As your ATM/Visa debit card is no longer in your possession, we recommend requesting to close the card immediately. As we notice that you're writing in from the Ukraine, from outside of the US, you can do so by calling us at 856-751-9000 via mobile telephone or calling us collect with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to you 24/7 and are happy to help. Once your card has been closed we can order you a new card and mail it to you at the address on file. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account and file a dispute for you if necessary.
