As your ATM/Visa debit card is no longer in your possession, we recommend requesting to close the card immediately. As we notice that you're writing in from the Ukraine, from outside of the US, you can do so by calling us at 856-751-9000 via mobile telephone or calling us collect with an operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to you 24/7 and are happy to help. Once your card has been closed we can order you a new card and mail it to you at the address on file. Additionally, our Specialists would be happy to review your account and file a dispute for you if necessary.

Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to your account/personal information in order to assist with your debit card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you haven't done so already, we ask that you contact us directly for help. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
When visiting a TD Store, keep in mind that we can issue a new debit card during your visit!
In addition, if you are enrolled for online access, you can send a secure message. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in.
