If this transaction is still currently pending, you may request to have the funds released. The vendor would need to fax a letter to us on their letterhead to the attention of Fulfillment at 1-856-533-1138. They need to include the following:
1. Date of authorization
2. Your full debit card number
3. The exact amount debited
4. A brief statement from a representative expressing that they authorize the hold to be released.
However, if the transaction has already been posted to your account, we recommend contacting the merchant directly to request a stop or cancellation.
Additionally, if the pending transaction is unauthorized, we ask that you contact us immediately for further assistance. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000
