I want to change the address on my checking account.

There are several options that you can submit an address change request on your checking account.
If you have enrolled for online banking longer than 30 days, you may request to update your address for your Account profile online by following these steps below:
- After you log onto your Online Banking, please select the "Customer Service" tab
- Under Self-Service, please click on the "Change Address, Phone, and E-Mail Address" link
- Check the Account you'd like the new address to reflect and fill in the fields necessary.
- After the fields have been filled in, please remember to select "Send".
Your new Address should be updated within 2-3 business days.
If you have not enrolled for online banking more than 30 days, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit us during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
