Hey Edet, welcome to TD Helps. We appreciate your inquiry and would be sure to help provide options on how to update your address.
If you are looking to change your address for your personal accounts, you're welcome to request for your address to be updated by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Speiclaists would be happy to help!
You also have the option of using the self-service feature via your TD Online Banking. Please note, to use this option, your account must be opened for at least 30 days. Please log into your online account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are not enrolled and meet the qualifications, you may enroll by doing so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available.
Once you've successfully enrolled or after you log in, please select the "Customer Service" tab and follow the steps below:
-Under Self-Service, please click on the "Change Address, Phone, and E-Mail Address" link
-Check the Account you'd like the new address to reflect and fill in the fields necessary.
-After the fields have been filled in, please remember to select "Send".
Another option would be changing your address via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:
NA 6000 Atrium Way
Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215
For Business Deposit Accounts you may also stop by a TD location, send us a secured message via Online Banking or send us a request through the mail, as described above.
For Business Deposit Accounts with Multiple Signers, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store.
To change your address for a Credit Card, it can be changed by calling (888) 561-8861, logging on to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stopping into any TD Bank Store. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number.
If you have a loan or line of credit account with TD Bank, you may request the address change by calling (800) 328-2119, stopping into a TD Bank Store or by using our "Send a Message" feature through Online Banking which will send a secured email to change your address.
We hope this helps, Edet. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions. Enjoy your day!
Yen D, Mount Laurel
