We would be more than happy to provide options on updating your billing and mailing address!
For personal accounts, you're welcome to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to request it to be updated. You may also send a request via online banking, this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq will bring you to the login page. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that says "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address." If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists.
If you'd prefer, you can also change your address by visiting a local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours or mailing in your request. For locations and hours please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. For business accounts you may also stop by a TD location, send us a secured message via Online Banking or send us a request through the mail, as described above. To send a secured message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.
If you have a business account with multiple signers, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store.
Updating your address on a Credit Card can be done by calling 888-561-8861, logging in at http://bit.ly/1lVKil9, or by stopping by any TD Bank location. Once you log in online, please click on "Services" then "Manage Credit Card" and finally "Update Mailing Address and Phone Number." You address change will take effect immediately on your Credit Card.
To change your address for a Personal Loan, you may call 800-328-2119, stop into a TD Bank Store or send us a message via Online Banking.
Please call 800-328-2119 to change your address for an Unsecured Line of Credit and Home Equity Line of Credits (HELOC) or you can also request the update at any TD location.
Please note your change of address requests can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed. Also keep in mind that our system will update both your billing and mailing address simultaneously, unless requested to do otherwise.
