If you are able to log into your Online Banking or BusinessDirect, you can change your username and password any time by visiting the "Customer Service" tab. It is located at the top right corner of your screen. The link that you would then look for after selecting that tab is "Change User Name" and "Change Password" at the pop of the first column. Please keep in mind that this change will be immediate after you submit your new username and password.

When creating your new Password, here a few tips we can share with you:
Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces.
Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else.
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.).
Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days.
