Welcome to TD Helps, Lawrence. We'd be happy to go over ways to change your address without having to give us a call. Online Banking is a great way to not only keep track of your day to day banking but update certain pieces of information when you need to. If you have an online account with us already, you may log in here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, you start the process from the comfort of your own home via this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need to have your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, and email address to complete the enrollment process. If you have any trouble enrolling and you are still unable to verify your account over the telephone, you may visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. For hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. After you are able to log in, please visit the Customer Service tab and click on the Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address link to send your new contact information. This method may be used for both your deposit accounts and loan or line of credit accounts. Please note that your change of address request can take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed. You may also send us a request to update your address via standard mail. You may sent this request to the following address: TD Bank, NA 6000 Atrium Way Mt Laurel, NJ 08054 Mail Stop # NJ5-002-215 If you have a business account here with us, you may utilize BusinessDirect to update your information. If you are not currently enrolled, please visit http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 or if you have already created an online account you may log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. Please note that enrollment in BusinessDirect takes up to two business days and you will receive an email containing your temporary User ID and password that you will have to change upon logging in. For business deposit accounts you may also stop by a TD location, use Online Banking through your business log in or send us a request through the mail, as shown above. If you have any trouble with your BusinessDirect enrollment you may also visit a TD Store for assistance. As always, you may visit a TD Store during lobby hours to complete the changes on your account with our Customer Service Representatives. We hope this helps, Lawrence and have a good day.
